5 Tips to Write Best SEO Articles and Make Money- 2012

When it comes to making money online, Article writing can simply not be ignored. Whether you go for blogging or Freelancing, online surveys or affiliated Marketing, you need to be a good writer for that. “Good” here, actually indicates that you have to be creative enough to keep going the charm within your content. People ask me what they can do to produce some better piece of writing and so I decided to write about it.

It’s important to understand the difference between writing an article for some magazine and to write for making money. An article that achieves a good traffic is a mixture of the following factors.

1. Title of the Article

Your reader has come all the way searching through a search engine and has landed up to your platform only because of your – Title. Agreed? Good, so now that we know the role of our headings, it’s easy to understand why the title we use should be the one that the readers are looking for. Using words in titles like stunning, dazzling, etc are not user friendly. People never type such un common words while searching for the content required. Try to read your potential visitor’s mind in choosing a heading for your article!

2. Introduction

Just after your Heading, the next thing your readers go through is obviously the first introductory paragraph of your article. I have been researching on this and have concluded that many writers put up a short summary, an over view of the entire content that will be discussed in the body of the article. It’s important to differentiate between the first and the last paragraph. Always share something interesting, start your article with a common point and slowly drag your reader’s mind towards the actual topic. You can also highlight some questions in the starting whose answers then can be found in the article. This develops interest in your reader and only then he switches over to the next part.

3. Stay on Track

This one is especially for those writers who love to write. They can write endlessly words and words without realizing that they have deviated from the actual topic. That’s wrong. A technical point that serves most here is to think before you start a new paragraph about what to write which is relevant, and then read again after writing that para. This is important as the readers lose their level of interest if there is a high level of redundancy in your write up.

4. Become Reliable

It’s my firm believe that no one can have a command on every subject so in spite of writing something which has no reality, its better to search about it before passing on the wrong information to others. Once your readers develop the confidence in your articles, they will start relying on your site, sharing it with friends and referring it.

5. Become an example

Your readers have sometimes double standards. If you keep on sharing your own examples irrelevantly, they would take it as self- obsession, meanwhile if you share your experiences with your readers in a right way, they will love it, bringing you a good readership. People want examples to understand everything. How good it will be if that example is you.

6. Check – re-check!

I m a programmer by profession and just like we do testing and debugging, the same strategy is applicable here. Proof reading is all about going through your content and debugging it, removing the extra, un appropriable matter from your article.

Writing an article is not difficult but writing an effective article is something you need to work on. There is one important ingredient which I did not share intentionally with you guys above is, you need to love writing if you desire to achieve best results. Writing is an art and art is never appreciable if you are not passionate about it.
