Among most of these people, their atheism has been quite relevant to their noble acts, activities, charities, public life and political life. Some of atheist people in politics have publicly identified themselves as atheists because voters have a significant value for the religious beliefs of the candidates. Therefore a very few of these non-believers have revealed their true beliefs while running for positions in politics. But there are also many leaders who are well known world politicians and are atheists. Top ten politicians who are atheists are:

Kyrsten Sinema was a congresswoman and belonged to Arizona. She is currently the only atheist politician who is serving at a national level in the country. Since she has joined congress, her staff has tried a lot to backtrack her public perception and insists her to stop portraying herself as an atheist.
